HSE  offers health and safety support contracts that are totally tailored to our clients’ requirements on either annual or by annual basis.

By entering into our contract, HSE takes the role of your “organisations health & safety advisers” as required by Indian Factories Act. Details of our qualifications and experience can be provided when tendering for contracts.

Direct contract starts from just a few hundred thousand a year. However, most companies need more help than this and many go for our basic annual support contract, which includes:

• A tailored health & safety policy (a legal requirement).
• Documentation of risk assessments for all significant hazards.
• Assess to competent Health & Safety Advice.
• Documentation of arrangements for the planning, organisation, control, monitoring and review of health & safety arrangements(i.e. a health & safety manual).

The terms ‘health and safety plans’, ‘manuals’, ‘policies’ or ‘systems’ are commonly used to describe the same thing. They are useful tools for recording all the necessary activity such as hazard management, information and training, incident recording and investigation, and emergency preparedness.
